SmithsonHill secures Faye Holland as brand strategy and marketing consultant
SmithsonHill has appointed Faye Holland as brand strategy and communications consultant. Faye was originally commissioned on a 4-month interim contract June to September 2015 to develop and launch the SmithsonHill brand and marketing strategy. Following the successful completion of the project, the SmithsonHill board are now pleased to announce that Faye will join the team on a retained contract.
“SmithsonHill is focussed on facilitating the future success of both business and local communities and through Faye’s initial work we have been able to see immediately how important it is to have an integrated communications strategy,” says Emma Fletcher, Managing Director, SmithsonHill. “We are pleased that Faye will continue to lead our marketing and brand approach as an interim executive.”
Faye adds, “SmithsonHill’s unique approach to working collaboratively with local communities will drive how we build communications and engagement in the future, and I am excited to work with the team on a project with such significant impact to the ongoing Cambridge Phenomenon.”
As a relatively new entrant to the Cambridge market, Faye’s unique skillset allows her to lead projects from diverse backgrounds and starting points on areas such as transformation, change, engagement and communications. Her experience traverses two decades of working across multiple industries, from emerging businesses through to large corporates, both locally and internationally. In January 2015 Faye launched Cofinitive where she delivers business results for clients through interim management and consultancy projects.
Faye also currently chairs the Connecting Cambridge initiative within Cambridge Ahead and is a non-executive director for Suffolk-based Greener Growth CIC. She has an impressive network around the globe from advisors, analysts, providers and enterprise customers, and stays ahead of all the latest developments through activities such as involvement in the blog squad of some of the leading events in technology and HR.
